The 2020 Operation Timbang Plus result
This tool was designed for large barangays that have infant and young child populations (0-59 months old) greater than 1000 children. Using this tool, OPT Plus data from different puroks, areas, blocks, or sub-divisions within these large barangays can be aggregated into one file. This can be done by copying the data from the 'Data-Export' worksheet of each purok or area file, and entering these one purok at a time into the 'Puroks' worksheet of this tool.
This tool is for use by nutrition workers in the community to help them record, interpret, and summarize results of the OPT Plus -- an annual activity that is done in barangays across the country to measure the nutritional status of children 0-59 months old. The e-OPT Tool runs on MS Excel version 2007 or later. Full functionality of the tool requires a licensed version of MS Excel.
When you use the OPT tool for PUROK category, you will need this consolidation tool to come up with the final barangay OPT for large brangays (more than 1000 population of 0-59 months children)
Use this tool for the barangay eOPT.
You can also use this tool for OPT at the evacuation centers
For large barangays of more than 1000 population of 0-59 months children, use the PUROK category then collect it using the consolidation tool.
