- Design and Maintain Nutrition Data Bank
- Provide periodic statement of the regional nutrition situation, supplemented by evolving situation among nutritionally high risk groups
- Promotion of Good Nutrition thru:Advocate for adequate financial support for nutrition program implementation at the local level
- Dissemination of National Policies, Programs and Projects to LGUs and relevant departments and agencies
- Development, production and distribution of:
- Nutrition Plugs and Messages
- Nutrition Collaterals and tarpaulins
- Radio programs
- Nutrition Trainings, Seminars and Fora
- Capacity development of local government units/ stakeholders thru:Resource Generation and Mobilization
- Nutrition Program Management
- Infant and Young Child Feeding
- Child Growth Standards
- Coordinate, Monitor and Evaluate the implementation of the Nutrition program at the local level
