March 18, 2010. The signing of Memorandum of Agreement held at Lumbatan, Lanao del Sur between Kadil M. Sinolinding, Jr., MD, DPBO - Secretary of Health - DOH-ARMM and Assistant Secretary Maria-Bernardita T. Flores, CESO ll - Executive Director-National Nutrition Council. The Former President, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo was also present to give her message and to witness the signing. Other witnesses were ARMM Acting Gov. Ansaharrudin Alonto-Adiong and Gov. Mamintal Alonto-Adiong of Lanao del Sur.
Department of Health - ARMM as the leading agency, National Nutrition Council - ARMM is composed of Regional Nutrition Program Coordinator, Nutrition Officer III, Administrative Aide VI (Clerk), Administrative Aide III (Driver).
