The NNC, as the highest policy making body on nutrition, is committed to ensure improved access to quality nutrition and related interventions through formulation and coordination of policies and programs with excellence, integrity and transparency.

We shall endeavor to continually improve the quality management system to satisfy the needs and expectations of our clients and strict adherence to existing laws, rules and regulations.

COORDINATING AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE IN THE REGION

The NNC XII serves as the secretariat of the Regional Nutrition Committee chaired by the DOH XII and is composed by the following agencies and/or organizations: DA XII, DILG ROXII, DepED XII, DSWD FOXII, DTI XII, DOLE XII, DOST XII, DBM XII, NEDA XII, DENR XII, PopCom XII, NCIP XII, PIA XII, DOST XII and Save the Children-Southcentral Mindanao. 

 The National Nutrition Council Region XII is headed by the Regional Nutrition Program Coordinator (RNPC), with the following staff: Nutrition Officer III, Development Management Office II - Technical (2), Development Management Office II - PNFP (4),  Administrative Aide VI, Administrative Assistant I, Administrative Aide III and Utility Worker
